What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow another 3-5 business days to receive your order, depending on your location. All orders ship with USPS first class and include tracking.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

Why does my order say “unfulfilled” when I check it?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return my item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number as well as the reason for your return; we will schedule the return and provide you with the necessary information to move forward. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Are shipping fees covered for returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the product I received is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

What are the care instructions for the jewelry?

Avoid getting wet or areas such as showers, saunas, sinks, etc. Store in a dry, cool area away from hitting direct sunlight

What materials are the jewelry?

Our rings are made with a zinc alloy blend, which may consist of zinc, copper, brass and nickel depending on the product. Zinc alloy is a strong and durable material that is resistant to corrosion and tarnish and helps make adjustable styles as durable as possible. Our zinc alloy rings are a great choice for those who want a stylish and affordable option for jewelry. If you believe you have any allergies to the materials mentioned, we do not recommend purchasing or wearing our jewelry. If a style is named "Silver" and "Golden" this simply refers to the color of the item, and not the material.

Is the jewelry for children too?

Due to the small parts in all our rings and items, we do not recommend them for use by children.

Do adjustable rings fit all sizes?

Please note that while our adjustable rings are designed to fit a wide range of average ring sizes, it may not fit or be comfortable for all finger sizes.
